At North American Aerospace Holdings we take great pride in our ability to provide you with high quality replacement parts. However, the process in which we are required to go through to certify our parts with the FAA and obtain PMA authorization is very time-consuming. With that in mind we now offer owner supplied parts manufacturing or an Owner Produced Program.
The Owner Produced Program works as follows:
The Owner Produced Program allows you to work with our team in getting a replacement part that you require, but cannot find on our website. If you have an OEM part that needs replaced, but you cannot find it in our PMA parts just send and email to us containing the Make and Model of the aircraft, the OEM part number (if known), and pictures of the part showing various perspectives. These parts can be damaged or broken. Once our team verifies the part information our engineering team will evaluate the part and get back to you to let you know if we can manufacture the part. The engineering team will work to get you a detailed proposal showing your special pricing for participating in the program and lead-time to produce the new part for you.
If you approve the proposal, you will send the part to us and we will begin the production process. This new part will be trimmed and ready to install in your aircraft. You can also request that the part be untrimmed. One our tea will reach out to you again to make sure the parts fits in the aircraft correctly.
